FDR Alliance operates in compliance with the FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, TCPA, UDAAP, SCRA and stay abreast of all rules and issuances from the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) who regulate debt collection.
